Hy, i want to build a file download website, the files are free to use and are freely given by they owners(Free CMS, templates, plugins, and other stuff that can help people create their own website). I have read the TOS and see that we can upload files on the server if they are about what the website is about, but i saw that scripts and other files that are not writed in the TOS are denied. So my question is this:

If the files i upload are CMS, templates, plugins and other stuff that have to do whit my website, it is ok to upload them on the server, or not.

Can please an admin respond to this?
Thanks!

Since you do not have the authority to redistribute Wordpress, Joomla, or Drupal, the answer would be no.

You can provide links to the official sites where your visitors can download the scripts, etc.

I assume you have not gotten official permission from the creators of the templates/plugins. So the answer would again be, no.

Providing a link to the website is fine, as they do have the legal right to host their own files. Most developers prefer you to provide a link instead of hosting the files yourself, as this keeps you from hosting an out of date version of their software.
