Files Still Missing

I had an open support ticket on this all ready but cant seem to find it now. I need to know if i can get my riles restored so I can make a back up of them? I know all the issues that are going on right now and was told in the other support ticket that it may be possible to get the files restored from a back up that you guys have. I need to at the very least get a copy of the files from the old aboslut server when i was on that server.

Problem: All files missing due to the move Absolut --> Fris

Will escalate this to a Support Ticket so a Staff can restore your files.
This will close the thread but you can follow your Ticket by clicking on the yellow bar at top OR by logging onto your Account Panel.
