Files that constantly disappear

Every time I get upload my files to FTP so they are available for download, these files eventually disappear from server, as if them had been deleted .

What is the problem?

x10hosting now deletes files 10 MiB (or larger) in size that have been on the server for more than 4 hours - from non-upgraded free-hosting accounts - see --> [ https://x10hosting.com/community/threads/news.196269/ ]
