I tried delet the Joomla to re-install but some files dont be deleted, so I deleted all files of my account.

I have terminated your account. You can create a new account now. By these simple steps.

Go to https://x10hosting.com/control and login with forums username and password. Now Click on Hosting from TOP menu.
Then Click on Open a new Hosting Account Link.
It will ask three things,
username:
domain:
password:
