Filezilla: Site Not Listed

I'm trying to configure my ftp account so I can used Filezilla but I added the information to the registry like the instructions said to and my site is still not listed in Filezilla.

I've never really used it so I'm not sure what you're looking at... can you post a screen shot of where you put the info in?

Okay,

First I go to x10hosting.com, I log in and it tells me this:

So I have to log in again and I get in.

Then I log in to cPanel X

Then I go down to the "Files" section and click on the "FTP Accounts" icon.

I have already set up my FTP account so I click on "Configure FTP Account" under "Account Management".

If I click on "Instruction" for Filezilla it says to install Filezilla. I have already done that.

Then it says I need to download the "FTP Configuration" for windows. I did that and double-clicked the icon which then asks if I want to add the information to the registry which I said yes because that's what the instructions says I'm supposed to.

Then I get the confirmation saying that the information was successfully added to the registry.

Then the instructions say "Open Filezilla and go to File > Site Manager. You should see your cPanel FTP listed. Click on it and connect using your password."

My cPanel FTP is NOT listed.

There is an option to "Add Site" but I am not sure what to put in the form.

Support would be much appreciated.

Try adding it manually, can you tell me what fields it asks you to fill in? I'll tell you what to put in them.

-Port
-Servertype: FTP, SFTP, FTPS, or FTPES
-Logontype: Anonymous, Normal, Ask for password, Interactive, or Account
-User
-Password
-Account
-Comments
