Hi, I know I should not post about a suspension, but when a suspension decision is marked as final, you don't allow to reply it even if it is not true what you have said: You have said that I have a video hosting site and this is not true. I used a script based on a hosting video site script, but I modified it so nobody can upload a video, and only I can upload images to use as my own personal gallery. The ToS says:
  • Personal Image and Video Galleries: Personal galleries are limited to 1 GB of disk space for images and videos.
So I'm not violating the ToS anyway. Your support representative has maked a mistake, probably because he has seen the base of the script (I use the same name, the database prefix, and even the index.html provided, but I changed the inner modules) and he thinked that I'm using the script as it cames, without modifying it, so he thinked that I had a video hosting site. In addition, I have a few videos in my site, because I have uploaded it by ftp. Not even me were able to upload videos from my site (try if you want, I guess you have a backup of the site, I can said you my username and password), and the videos uploaded had a valid reason(following the ToS) to be there.

So sumarizing: My account suspenssion is not fair. I'm following the ToS: http://x10hosting.com/terms and even knowing that ToS says: "x10Hosting reserves the right to cancel any service provided at any time.", You are cancelling my account without a valid reason. You could say what I said before and cancel my service because you want, but it'll continue being unfair.

I hope you review the problem. I don't need an apologise, I don't need you to said me that you were wrong. I don't even care if you erase this post to avoid people reading about this mistake but silently you give me my page back. I only want to recover a page that I have had for a long time where I have not violate the ToS.

As a courtesy a second investigation was processed; I was able to temporarily unsuspend the account and confirm that any user is able to create an account, verify it by email, and then upload images to the site. This would constitute image file hosting on its own and would be a valid suspension, regardless of whether video uploads worked or not. Normally, video uploads wouldn't work due to the FFMPEG requirement (which is not installed on free due to resource usage concerns), however I do see that you attempted to install it yourself, which is where confusion would have originated as to it being used to host videos.

Regardless of whether videos actually worked or not however, the site is indeed allowing users to register and upload their own images, which is considered file hosting. As such, we won't be able to lift the suspension.
