i'm not sure if you're referring to yourself, or another developer, but remember that links to warez/cracks/serials, etc. is absolutely against the x10Hosting Terms of Service, so just remember that when you do develop it (if you do) and are trying to find a place to announce it

I would never advocate the use of hacks, or post links to them. Don't you worry. ;)

Now, back to a more topic-related well, topic.

Is there even a point to the super-limited home version?

i'd assume that version is for the people who need a basic use OS-Web-browse, maybe an IM here and there, email, just basic stuff or for the budget type of user

Windows Vista looks good, but as we all know looks can be decieving. Windows Vista is still the huge system resource hog that Windows is known to be. I got a chance to test-drive Windows Vista a few days ago and well I am not impressed. I personally think Windows Vista is a rip-off of Mac. Some of the features looks very similiar to Mac OS X.

And I agree with the person that says getting it on the first day is foolish. Its not that great of OS. As for me, im sticking with my Mac OS X, Windows XP, and Gentoo Linux. Getting kinda anxious for the Leopard to release.
