Finally i got it

[Xenon Design]

I got my hosting I was delited until i tried to upload my database sql...i cant do anything in phpmyadmin. I have no privelages. Can you change this?

Did you create a database through cPanel to manage with PHPMyAdmin?

I created a DB and user...then clicked on the phpmyadmin link on the MySQL page. It says: No Privileges where it has: Create Database

So did you actually create the database *in cPanel*? You can create a database user there also, so are you sure you didn't mistake the user form? I'll look now and see if I see a database created by you..

Edit: I don't see a database at all with the user "xenon" at all on the server.

Its alright. I figured it out. But still why is there very low privlages on phpmyadmin?

privilidges are set in the create db page, not phpmyadmin
