I finally have access to the cPanel... However, I have MySQL issues... I got this message when tried to see my website:

"Error establishing a database connection"...

I noticed that there is a posted instruction to go to the remote MySQL section of our cPanel and add some other instruction in there as an access host, but it appears like this on the post: “int.fris.x10hosting.comâ€￾ .

Could you please explain step-by-step how to do that and give us again the line to input?

As always thank you so much!

In cPanel, under Databases, look for Remote MySQL

The line/host to enter follows below, to avoid any issues with quotes:

int.fris.x10hosting.com

That -should- be enough to fix it. If it doesn't let us know; there's one other idea to try but it seems it's that line missing that's fixing almost all so far :)

Click on Remote MySQL in your cPanel. Once there, you'll see various IP addresses and addresses to your previous server for MySQL. In the field to add a new address, type in: int.fris.x10hosting.com

After that, MySQL connections should work again.
