Hi

I was just backing up my files over FTP (using FileZilla) and all of a sudden teh connection has dropped and I can't reconnect. I cannot even go to my site or control panel (firefox sticks as waiting for www.domain.co.cc....)

Is there a way to get my IP/hostname whitelisted or should my IP be be removed from the blacklist automatically after some time? Should I tweak FileZilla to use less concurrent connections in the future or something?

Thanks
Glen

Check whether you suspended for something or not in your account panel http://x10hosting.com/control

If not may be due to server move there may be downtime here and there.

Thanks. Status in teh control panel is Unsuspended.

When I click on Go to cPanel in the control panel, it opens this link https://borunew.x10hosting.com:2083/login/

which doesn't open either. Does it open for you? If so I'm convinced FTP'ing has caused the firewall to blacklist my IP. Hopefully just not permanently!

How many concurrent streams do you currently have it set to?
I'm pretty sure you haven't been blacklisted as the firewall would block your access to all services, including access to your websites.

Hi Glen,

It is opening fine for me. With the borunew it is confirmed hat your account moved to new Data Center, this may be due to the dns propagation not complete.
wait for some time and try again

Hooray, it seems to be fine again now. Concurrent connections was set to the FileZilla default (2) but I'll set it to 1 for future use just in case.

Thanks

Access to mydomain.co.cc was also blocked I think (firefox would hang on connection established to...)

Thanks
