Firewall on cossack?

I'm trying to install whmcs on my account, but when it tries to verify the license that I hold, it says that it can't, and that there could be a firewall blocking the connection to whmcs's verification servers.

So, is there some sort of firewall? Thanks!

Don't think there is a "firewall" per se, but most ports are blocked.
