First time login to cpanel

I've read similar threads but haven't found an answer that works. I am attempting to log in to cpanel for the first time, but when I click the email link show below, it takes me to the cPanel login page, and does not accept the username from the email. Can you help me with this? Thanks in advance.

I am not seeing an account linked to your forums account. When did you create this account?

Also having everything xxxxx out doesn't help me look into the issue.. I will need your cPanel name and domain name url.

Without that information i have no idea what i am looking for.
