Flash File Needed!

I need someone with flash experience to make a flash file with the text "Play Free Games at Arcade Spot" (maybe with an image). I would like it to have an orange theme, and when a visitor clicks the text they will be redirected to www.ArcadeSpot.net. Also, if its possible, I would like another flash file, basically the same, except when loaded the flash file will automatically redirect you to ArcadeSPot.net. Sort of like those popups you see on sites.

This is basically to stop leechers
