I tried all. I rebooted the system and I used ipconfig /flushdns but I still get the moved account message from cossacks. How can I finally access my website?

I'd wait until all the account moves are done since the problem can't be troubleshooted until we know that all accounts should be working correctly.
Check http://status.x10hosting.com/ for up-to-date info on the account moves.
