Flush error

Oh my god! Can anyone please help me i Was fighting with this for too long now and i dont know what to do!

i get

yes coz i disnt know what is the db adress since there are 3 in remoteMySQl panel :/

u gonna help me or shoild i just change the host coz this one just purely SUCKS

i dont know are you fooling me or what but now its ok working.
but it didnt 10 min ago. The same thing about too many connections..
How can i prevent this from happening in the future?
