There are a lot of proxies that you can choose from, you might want to consider Google it. You have proxies where you enter the domain name URL and press enter and you can be taken to the website, you have proxies that you can enter IP address, port number, username, and password if applicable via your web browser settings, you also have some programs that you can download on your computer that you can enable and disable, you also have PHP scripts that you can download and install on your web server. (Might be against the terms and conditions to install it here, but other hosting providers may allow this.)
