My account is suspended now what can i do Please Help me

The only help I can do is to say that your hosting account is terminated and you need not waste time in requesting for activating the same.Kindly note that the files will be deleted and suspension is permanent.
The reason for suspension is as given below.
"Violation of x10hosting's terms of service. A criminally fraudulent phishing site attempting to deceive visitors through masquerading as a trustworthy entity was uploaded."

Yes. You will have to wait for your current hosting account to automatically delete itself. It may take 14 days or more or longer.
