If you try acces to your hosting account, using your username, throught the account panel, and now you cant, read that before open support ticket.
If you usually log in to your account using your username. Now is impossible, you have to use your email account.
For example, my account is.
-Username: user
-Password: pass
-Email: user@email.net
And you use usually user and pass for login.
Now you have to use user@email and pass.
That happen because x10hosting has changed the acces system.
