I don't know why you would really want that. Considering that it probably runs so slowly you can't really do anything.

Who would want to put Vista on their PSP? I don't even want it on my PC, let alone my PSP.

Its only good if you want to look cool.

But IMO, functionality > appearance.

Yeah I figured.

No one with half a brain would actually try and put Vista on a PSP, it'd be a waste of time.
