Please do the following troubleshooting procedure to see if the problem lies within your folder permissions.

Go to http://iznab.elementfx.com:2082 and log in with your cPanel information.

Once your cPanel loads, click on the File Manager.

Click on the house icon that has (/home/iznab) next to it to load your root directory.

Find your public_html folder (designated by a globe icon) and make sure the number under the Perms column is 0750.

If not, right click on it and click "Change Permissions," then enter 7 5 0 in the spaces provided.

If that doesn't work, please post back and let us know so we can further investigate your problem.
