"Forbidden" error

When I attempt to install e107 on my website I get the Forbidden error.
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /install.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache Server at silkroad.ath.cx Port 80

Also, no image on my server will be displayed, as it actually should.

i can help you if you want. I also have e107 and i have installed it without much problem. if you want me to help contact me via pm.

It's not just e107, any document will result in that error, though I don't know why it loads the first install.php file.

It's something with the settings, or the domain. :|

give permisons to the files
make them 777
but e107_config make 644

Tried it, but doesn't work. It was working on the domain x10hosting gave me, but now that I've changed it to this one it just keeps spamming me this error. :|

if you pm your cpanel username and password i can have a looc and see what i can do...if you do this please tell me what username you want on the site.If it works then you can change the password of the cpanel and the site. I don`t know an other way to help.

you can try to speak with an admin.

I wait for your answer.

I'll rather have an admin look at it, they probably know what's wrong.
