Just finishing up an ip.board forum on free hosting. Wanted to make sure everything was working properly first for upgrading.

Unfortunately whenever I try to post a new thread I get the following error message "
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
