Forbidden

I've created a file with name index.pl in the root folder of my domain. when i open my website url, i'm getting a 401 access forbidden error. Its happening for other file extensions as well(.cgi, .asp) except for php & html.

cgi (Perl and Python) has been disabled on the free servers due to problems. No exceptions.

.html and .php are allowed.
