Hi - as far as I can tell, my account is not suspended, yet attempting to access my website now results in this error message:

"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

If you could check (via FTP or cPanel/File Manager) the permissions on public_html directory. They should be 0750 .

EDIT/ADD:

If that is set ok, maybe check the contents of any .htaccess file.

Great answer! Deleting a stray .htaccess file in the public_html directory solved the problem - many thanks!
