Forbidden?

Hi,

uploaded my index file and worked fine, but needed some edits.
edited it in the online html editor, preview worked nice.
but then I went to my homepage link and I get the forbidden message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /index.html on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache Server at kikokun.x10hosting.com Port 80

can anybody throw me a bone here? tried uploading the original local file but that don't change anything.

Google is your friend. Accessing file permissions using cPanel.
