Forgot CP password

I forgot my CPanel password...How do I recover it?

Where? I can't find anything thats lets me change it in the account manager page

Also, is the CP user name and password the same as the one used to log into the Account manager page? if so then the CP login system isnt working for me. It states "Loing attempt failed"
