"The email address supplied is not registered with us"

that's the message i keep getting when i try to have the system send my login info to my game email bleachmmorpg@yahoo.com.
when i know that email is in use to my hosting account.

could an admin look into this? or let me know what is going on?

that doesn't seem right. i'm sure i'd made an account using the email i listed. could someone have changed it? if it was could an admin change the email back to the one i listed?
