forgot password

Good evening,
i forgot my password and i went to Client Account Panel and clicked i forgot my password but it gives me always a message "The email address supplied is not registered with us." with the email i registered the account..
How can i resolve this?

What is the email address that you registered with? It looks like you were in the process of changing the email, but it's not confirmed yet.
