Forgot PW

I've been trying to login to my account via the account management system but cannot seem to remember my password. When I click on 'I forgot my password' absolutely nothing happens. I think it is a dead link. Any other way for me to reset my password?

Thanks but I already stated that the link is dead. I go there, click "I forgot my password" and nothing happens. I tried in several browsers.

You sign in there with your Forum username and password , the same ones you used to log in here.

Once in, you can change your password for both Forum and cPanel (when they ask for your old password, it is your Forum password).

I've tried signing in with my forum account there and it just gives me the error "Invalid email address or password supplied." Meanwhile I am able to sign in/out of the forums with the same information just fine.

I have reset your client account password to be the same as your forum account. It had been changed.

Can you let us know what browser and operating system you are using?

As for the info, I use Google Chrome as my main browser. But I also have Firefox and IE. I tried the password link in all 3 of those browsers. My OS is WinXP Pro SP3.
