Forgotten web mail password

HI,
I have forgotten my web mail password and cannot find any way to reset it ! can you please help me ? I have it running through my seamonkey e mail client if that is affecting it I do not know ? please advise me
I am really enjoying the great services you have provided me with and finally feel like i am getting somewhere setting up my Domains, Hosting also building some pages and sites thanks a lot x10 you have made things real easy,

Changing email passwords is actually fully under your control. You'll have to go to CPanel -> Email accounts -> {Select the account you want to change the password of} -> change password.
