Can you please format my CPanel account for urx.me. Thank you. I have already backed up all files.

Unfortunately, the only way to reset a cPanel account is to delete it and have you sign up again. Yours should be gone momentarily, you can sign up again by first logging into https://x10hosting.com/control and then following the links there to sign up -- that will allow you to retain this current forum/email account.
