forum account linked to your hosting account.

I've been rolling along fine with x10hosting until today. Suddenly I'm getting the message below. I don't have an Ad-Enhanced hosting account. Why this sudden switch? Also, no cPanel username I try works. My account is "toymaker", the original email from x10hosting said it was "kgudger", but none of these work. I have 3 URLs hosted here, sctoymakers.org, sploids.com and kidinu.com, and all are now down. Thanks. (I did search the forums and the relevant posts said to post a new thread!)

Hi,

The account "toymaker" was suspended on:
08/28/08 at 9:18 am for inactivity. It is required you visit the forums at least once every two weeks to keep your account active (http://x10hosting.com/termsofservice)

There was no response to the suspension and the account was automatically terminated yesterday morning. (10 days).
