Forum-account relink required

ESCALATION NECESSARY - Please relink my hosting and forum accounts.
Forum account username: cresco
Hosting account cPanel username: joeff2

Since the x10hosting site's overhaul my account panel refuses to recognize me, rejecting my email, cPanel username + password, and forum username + password. I clicked the 'I forgot my password' link just in case and the site returned that my email was not registered in the database. My site is still up [http://crescogames.x10hosting.com] but I cannot log into my account panel to manage it.

I'm not sure if a relink is the solution I require, but it sounds likely since my forum account is still active.

Your are not able to login to account panel because of some upgradation is going on.
But you should be able to login to cpanel .It seems like your user name joeff2 is linked with cresco.
You can login to cpanel using this link http://cossacks.x10hosting.com:2082/ or
http://crescogames.x10hosting.com/cpanel.
Try whether you can login If not post back
