forum account supplied is currently unavaliable for a swap

Dear Support,

I am trying connect my host account with my forums account through swap but I've been facing this problem since last week. Every time I try to swap this message appears

"Sorry, the forum account supplied is currently unavaliable for a swap. The email address under the vBulletin account ihussain must match the contact email
address under the client account with forum account linked. Please contact support if you need help resolving this error. (EC_MISMATCH)"

P.S. Both accounts has the same e-mail address.

Go to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and login with Forum username ihussain and password.

Go to Account ----> contact details
and change your email to any other email.
Then login to account panel with username you want to swap, and try swap forum account.
