Forum Account to x10 Hosting Account Link

Hello x10 Hosting Admin,

Why is that the forum account that I have successfully logged in does not have an existing link to x10 Hosting Account? I tried to logged in the ACCOUNT PANEL TAB using my existing username and password with forums.x10hosting.com

How do I solve this problem? Please assist and email me your instructions. Thanks.

To find out what has happened we'd need to know your cPanel name.

Seeing as your forum account does not have a link to a hosting account and that you recently joined the forums it does seem logical that there was something that went wrong when you signed up for a hosting account.

Did you get the confirmation e-mail?
