I was recently disconnected because I got the message that i have not logged to the forums which I had. But the account under pres (prenvirosolutions) does not seems to have a linkto the forums. I try to create does not works. I try to swap does not works. I do not want to have the account suspended again. It seems there is some conflict with this user and an old account I used once or something else. How can we fix this?

What is your hosting account username? What forum account are you trying to link to your hosting account? How does creating or swapping fail? Please be more descriptive.

I can get in with gazu09 but i think that user name is from an old account i used to have like a year ago. the new account is for prenvirosolutions. I understood the user name was "pres".
