Forum acount mishap

I have a kind of odd question. I have been with x10 since 06, but my account messed up, thus I had to create this one. My previous name was Theotherside (a big change, yes I know :D) but I was soon not able to log into the forum section, or access anything. I was wondering if it was possible to transfer my account points (or x10 money, whatever it is) on my old one into my new one. I didn't know what section to put this in, so if I was wrong feel free to move it into the correct spot. Thanks!

We could probably do that... But, we'd need to confirm the other account is still around to verify points, So, give us some account info. (Nothing private) i.e. email used to register it, etc.
