forum and cpanel account lonk error

I have linked my account but when i go to my cpanel login it says my password is incorret .. i think my cpanel account is not there ...

cpanel username : craigj
domain ( ichanged it from the sub to my own) : visual-styles.net

also when i go to my domain it says i am suspended buy now it cant find the server ? http://x10absolut.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/ .... but before i just typed in my usernmae and it said theres an error your account dosen't seem to be suspended ?

so could an admin reset my account .. or recreate it please lol or just fix it
