Forum and Host account not linked issue

I have yesterday signed up for a hosting account, and I had to wait for the hosting to be created. There was no estimate time so I waited till now.
However, now when I try to log into my hosting account, it displays this error:

" An Error Occurred - Sorry, the forum account supplied has not been properly linked to a hosting account."

I would very much appreciate any help.

It happened to me too. What you have to do is create a ticket and then someone will fix this. Here on the forum nobody can do this.
