Forum install help

Hi guys I was just trying to get my forum site working and it's asking me for database server and hostname can anyone please tell me what this is and also I supose the user name would be my login info I guess.

Database server hostname: localhost
Database server port: 3306
Database name: The name for your database (I think it has to be created first)
Database username: Username already created on cPanel which has access to the database
Database username: The password for that username
Prefix for tables: Let it be phpbb_, does not matter

Thanks I was putting in the user name wrong got it working.
