Forum is really slow

A few days ago the our forum was flying it terms of browsing speed.

Then we started getting blank pages and connection errors where you had to refresh to get the forum back. Now what is happening is if say you are replying to a message it just takes ages for the reply to be posted. It used to be almost instantanous but now it is upto 40 secs or getting on for a minute. Any ideas?

Your forum is loading fine for me. Ofcourse I didn't checked any other pages as you made registration compulsory, So unable to see any other pages than a login form.
