Forum log-in?

It says to make sure I'm am active I have to log on to the forum twice a week.

Did I read this right? Also if I have to log in to the forum do I have to post or is logging in enough to realize I'm active?

Thanks for any help and I like the host faster than others I've tried.

You are just required to login.
