Forum login issues

I logged on today and it says i was suspended for inactivity. I know I logged in less than two weeks ago.. When I did log in the member area said I last logged in on July 28..I have logged out and back in and it still says last login on July 28th..I am certain I logged in after that.. Can ya help me out?

When the system detects that you've been inactive, you're in a queue for suspension, and even if you log in, it may already be too late.

Have you unsuspended yourself yet through your Account Panel? It's possible that you still haven't unsuspended yourself and you're mistaking the old suspension for a new one.

Finally, make sure the forum account you're logging into is the correct forum account linked to your hosting account.

You have to log into the forums, not the account panel. Hope this helps.

I am definatly going to be more aware when I log in..I realize the difference in the two logins..Im sure I logged in after the date I was suspended from. Ill make sure every time I hit the forum to look at the date on the right..


And yes...I read long enough to click Here Zen-r!

Have you logged out & cleared your cookies & cache? You could still be pulling up an old page.
