Forum login problem

Hi,
I've just signed up in x10hostings and now when I try to log into my forum account with the username pahlevani.b49( as mentioned in my client cp) and my hosting password I get a username/password error.
The password is for sure correct, since I have no problem logging into my hosting account.
Also when I request for a new pass I get the message which says a new password has been sent to my mail, but even after two days, there is no mail.
I'd be happy if I could enter the forums!!!

You should log in with your forum username and your forum password. If you are still having trouble with your password, then log into your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, and reset your password there.
