Hi there!I´ve opened already a support ticket about my problems, but I was wondering how long will it take things to get solved?My first ticket was on 2012-08-31 11:03 but it was automatically closed(already saw in forum the reason) the second ticket was in 2012-09-05 09:17 and I still get no response or whatever.I know that I´m using a free hosting service and many of you (support team) are voluntary and have plenty of work, personal life and free hosting services are not a priority but honestly I was considering to become a premium member, but with all this I make myself questions.....will issues like this be solved faster?Will I get more support?(faster response and better service).Until the date of the first ticket the service was quite stable, only the support ticket system was a little slow (because I´m using free hosting service perhaps).
