Forum Options Error

In my forum when your in a thread and looking at topics made, the bit were it says Forum Options were you can click and do the thing like "Mark All Topics In This Thread As Read" etc, when anyone including myself in the forum clicks the Forum Options button it just takes you to the bottom of the page.

Can anyone pleaseee help me fix this as im having a popular demand to get it fixed.

i dont think so because ive been using the theme from day 1 and its been working before
