Forum password Help

Hi

I'm trying to change my forum password but I don't remember my present password. When I try to retrieve the password from the forum it sends the information to a non existant mail account: "shopper@vtr.net" because I just changed my ISP, so there's no way I can change nor retrieve my account password!

Can anybody help me on this?
