Forum Password

Hello, it says I am registered on the forum as the.john.doe201085 but I cannot login using my hosting account's password and I did not setup a separate password for the forum. How do I login to the forum? Why are support requests posted on a forum anyways? Do you not have a support ticket system like every other web host?

We do have a support ticket system. Support requests that cannot be answered by community helpers like me are escalated to this support ticket system. This is to lower the work time for staff members.
Premium hosting users always get to use the support ticket system.
