Forum + Registration

Just wondering is it easy to set your page so people need to register on your forum to be able to post on other parts of your website?

For example:
For a news article website people can post comments under each new article. But for them to be able to do that they will need to first sign up to the forum?

if you dont know how to script them, then just look them up on the internet and just put your database information in it.. and upload everything and done.. its very easy yes.

that's possible ..there's a lot of cms scattered there in the internet. you can use that ..
