My forum is running slow for some reason :/
Yes I am using x10hosting.

It could simply be that the server is busy. There are a lot of accounts on each of the Free Hosting servers (a large part of what makes them free), and there can be periods during which they can be much slower than more sparsely-populated (paid) shared hosting servers.
